Visibly Younger Skin, Clinically Proven
Retinol, vitamin C, and peptide formulas developed by licensed medical aesthetician Maxine Dean — the same protocols used at MaxAesthetics Medical Spa.
The Science
Why Medical-Grade Anti-Aging Skincare Works
Fine lines, wrinkles, and loss of firmness are caused by declining collagen production, accumulated UV damage, and slowing cell turnover — processes that begin in your late twenties. Medical-grade anti-aging skincare uses clinically effective concentrations of retinol, vitamin C, and peptides to directly address these mechanisms, not just mask their appearance.
Maxine Dean formulated this anti-aging collection based on 17 years of treating clients at MaxAesthetics Medical Spa. Each product targets a specific aging concern: retinol for cell turnover and collagen stimulation, vitamin C for brightening and UV protection, peptides for firmness, and hyaluronic acid for deep hydration. Used together, they deliver results comparable to in-office treatments.
Key Ingredients
The Science Behind Anti-Aging Ingredients
Retinol (Vitamin A)
The most clinically studied anti-aging ingredient. Retinol accelerates cell turnover, stimulates collagen production, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, and fades hyperpigmentation. Results are visible within 8–12 weeks of consistent use.
Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid)
A potent antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals from UV and pollution, stimulates collagen synthesis, and brightens uneven skin tone. Most effective at concentrations of 10–20% in a stable, low-pH formula.
Peptides
Short chains of amino acids that signal the skin to produce more collagen and elastin. Unlike retinol, peptides are well-tolerated by sensitive skin and can be used morning and night without photosensitivity.
Hyaluronic Acid
Holds up to 1,000 times its weight in water, delivering deep hydration that plumps fine lines from within. Essential for maintaining the skin barrier and maximizing the efficacy of active anti-aging ingredients.

How to Use
The Medical Aesthetician's Anti-Aging Routine
Hyaluronic Cleanser
Cleanse gently to preserve the skin barrier. Avoid hot water, which degrades collagen over time.
Vitamin C Serum
Apply 3–4 drops to face and neck. Vitamin C works synergistically with SPF to neutralize UV-generated free radicals.
Vitamin C Moisturizer or Wrinkle Smoothing Cream
Lock in the serum and provide a hydrated base for SPF. Peptide moisturizers can be used morning and night.
UVB SPF 45 Sunscreen
UV exposure is responsible for 80% of visible skin aging. SPF is the single most important anti-aging step.
Hyaluronic Cleanser or Enzyme Facial Cleanser
Remove SPF and environmental pollutants thoroughly before applying retinol.
Retinol Moisturizer or Retinol Reveal Serum
Apply retinol to clean, dry skin. Start 2–3 nights per week and increase to nightly as tolerance builds.
